Soothing Coconut Eye Balm (1.4oz)

Preservative, alcohol and wax-free, this three-ingredient botanical balm works as both a non-irritating eye makeup remover and a topical serum, designed to calm, nourish, and protect the entire peri-ocular area, including the lashes and lid margin.

How It Works

Applied with a cotton pad, it works to gently breakdown makeup and cleanse the area. It can also be used as a serum for the eye skin and lashes. It naturally helps strengthen eyelashes and is a better-for-eyes alternative to a lash growth serum.   

This balm combines three active botanicals, each chosen for a specific purpose. Raw Virgin Coconut Oil softens the skin and conditions lashes while offering natural antibacterial properties thanks to its high Lauric Acid content. Chamomile Extract helps calm redness and soothe irritated skin. Cureberry, a Bilberry Leaf extract, is a potent antioxidant that works to protect the skin from environmental damage such as pollution. It also contains an optimal Omega 3 to Omega 5 ratio, which helps rebuild the skin's lipid barrier — making it particularly beneficial for patients with dry, sensitive, or compromised skin around the eyes.

Importantly, this balm is made without wax, which is found in most traditional eye balms and can contribute to Meibomian Gland blockage.

Perfect switch for patients who regularly wear eye makeup or use eyelash growth serums. Also a good recommendation for patients who need a gentle, nourishing option for their eye area — particularly those with dry or sensitive skin, lash fragility, or those looking for a simple daily lid care routine. 

How Patients Can Use It

The balm has two main uses. As a nourishing treatment, patients can melt a small amount between their fingertips and gently pat it around the eye area and lashes. It pairs well with our Heated Eye Wand LED+, providing extra slip during use. As a makeup remover, it can be swept onto a reusable pad or cotton pad and used to gently dissolve mascara, liner, and shadow without harsh rubbing.

For best results, recommend daily evening use. If used in the morning, advise patients to follow with sun protection.
